We keep several complete sets of Super Pile Hand Towels in stock at all times. Simply pick the colour(s) you're interested in and we'll ship out your hand towel(s) to verify colour prior to a larger towel order.

When you've confirmed your colours, either keep the hand towels you've received, or return them for a full refund.

If you'd like to return the sample towels the easiest process is to have us send you a pre-paid return shipping label with your new towel order. Simply place the sample towels in the shipping carton, apply the return label and drop off or arrange pick up with the courier.

Although we strive for accuracy there are a few variables which are out of our control, including the colour settings of your display device. When an exact colour match is required, we recommend ordering Super Pile hand towel samples prior to placing your finalized order.

Abyss towels & Habidecor rugs are made in separate facilities in Portugal. Due to differences in climate and technique a complete match should not be expected. The shading differences are usually very subtle and is almost never noticeable with rugs placed on the floor, visually separated from the towels.

Yes, Abyss towels are always pre-shrunk, and will never pucker at the ends. What you see in the pictures or on the store shelf is what you'll see on your towel rack after dozens of washings.

Sometimes a towel will catch on a wedding ring or other obstacle. If pulls or snags should occur, simply snip them off. This will not affect the towel.

For all Abyss & Habidecor items that are not regularly stocked or are temporarily out of stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery from Portugal to Canada.

Due to the special order nature of Abyss & Habidecor products, your credit card is charged in full once your order is processed by a member of our team.

We only have an extremely limited period of time to request changes or cancellations with Abyss in Portugal.

To avoid a restocking fee, please make any changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order with us.

We will accept a return and provide a full refund provided that the following criteria are met:

• The item must be regularly stocked
• The item must be unused, and unwashed. All labels must be intact and still attached as new from the factory
• You must return the item to us within 60 days of when it was delivered to you

This section will make mention of sizes or configurations of a particular product that are regularly stocked. If you are still unsure, please talk to a team member for clarity on the return eligibility of any specific product.

As many of our items are considered intimate in their use, we feel we have a moral and ethical responsibility to not re-sell used towels, pillows, bedding or mattresses and as such we cannot accept returns of mattresses or textile goods that have been opened, used, tampered with or laundered.
