South Calgary
We will have an open position at our Macleod Trail location Summer, 2012. We are now accepting applications for this opportunity.

Pay package includes a training period on a flat salary and then a move to salary plus commissions. Typical first year earnings are in the range of $50,000 to $70,000.

TMASC believes all of our team members should be good at just about everything involved in the business. Our team members must feel empowered to think critically and be comfortable with helping customers from start to finish.

As a member of our team, your tasks include:

• Sales. Although our focus is on product education and we practice a culture of no pressure sales, the main function of our company is to ultimately generate sales. Any retail business claiming otherwise is being disingenuous.
• Internet Sales. We expect every member of our team to be fully versed in the structure of our website. We receive high call volumes on our Toll-Free number and every team member must be comfortable in assisting these customers from all across Canada, into the United States and around the World.
• Cleaning. Yes, our team members must keep the store (inside and out) looking beautiful.
• Social Media. Our team members are encouraged to participate on Facebook, Twitter, LinkenIn and our Blog on Wordpress. Team members should feel comfortable and familiar with social media and connecting on a personal level with our customers.
• Warehousing. Although the bulk of our mattress inventory is stored off-site and professionally managed, we do still receive mattresses at our store on a regular basis. All team members must be physically fit and comfortable with the idea of moving mattresses, including packaging display models for delivery.

Bonus skills

Although learning never ends, and training is on-going, there are certainly many desirable skills which we're looking for in our team members. These are not requirements yet they are skills we're constantly searching for and would be considerable assets.
