With the exception of HO (Headboard Only) and HRP (Headboard w/ Return Posts) a Wesley Allen Millennium Frame is always included with all beds free of charge. HO and HRP models will be drilled to accommodate any standard bed frame. If you require a Wesley Allen Millennium frame for your headboard only, we are happy to include the cost of the frame with your headboard only quote.

Yes, all Wesley Allen beds come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Wesley Allen finishes are hand applied and as such will vary from one bed to the next. Due to differences in dye lots, climate, and the uniqueness of the artisan's hand application, finishes may vary from those photographed here. Please note that Cottage White and Textured Aqua are randomly distressed. Slight variances are inherent and are not considered a manufacturer's defect.

Two-Tone finishes, for example, Brass / Mocha, are applied with the following logic. The top bar(s) of the headboard is finished in Brass (the 1st colour) and the rest in Mocha (the 2nd colour). Any castings are accented with Brass (the 1st colour).

C.O.M. (Customer's own material) is not available with Wesley Allen beds. All upholstered Wesley Allen beds are available with muslin (at a lower cost than the selection of fabrics and leathers), which may then be upholstered to suit your personal preferences locally once you have received your bed.

You'll notice a colour selector on each product page. As you choose your finish, the thumbnail will change to show your selected colour. When a bed has been photographed in a standard finish, it will be priced as such. Selecting a custom finish will increase the price. On beds photographed in a custom finish, the opposite is true (selecting a standard finish will decrease the price).

Most Wesley Allen beds are also available in a variety of additional configurations. You'll notice black and white illustrations demonstrating some of the possible ways a bed may be ordered. For pricing and ordering of these custom options, please email us or call us toll-free on 1-877-750-1212 and we would be delighted to extend our Wesley Allen expertise and assistance.

Additional custom options available upon request

  • Bed Rails (The Millennium™ Frame) defaults to Matte Black. Should you wish to have the frame finished to match your bed, the upcharge is $90.00 for all sizes.
  • Two Footboards. If you'd like to have your headboard and footboard the same height, you may order your bed with two footboards. The price is the same as a Complete Bed (CB).

Yes! Common household tools will be enough to properly assemble a Wesley Allen bed. We suggest having two people work together to assemble a bed. Each bed comes with assembly instructions. It will take longer to unpack your Wesley Allen bed than it will take to actually assemble it.

All Wesley Allen beds displayed on our website include free delivery to your door, to most locations across Canada. Shipping to remote locations may be extra. In Québec, the freight company is legally required to bring your shipment inside the front door of your home.

Deluxe delivery, which includes full setup is available in select areas for an additional fee. Should you require this service please call us Toll-Free at 1-877-750-1212 to go over the available options. Deluxe delivery is complimentary in Edmonton and Calgary when your Wesley Allen bed is accompanied by a new mattress from TMASC.

Due to the custom nature of Wesley Allen beds, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for arrival in Eastern Canada and approximately 5-8 weeks for Western Canada. Factors such as the length of time to make your bed, shipping time, customs clearance, your locale within Canada all make it very difficult to provide an exact delivery date and as such 4 to 6 weeks is our best estimate. We have had Wesley Allen beds delivered anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks from date of purchase with 5 weeks being the average and 8 weeks being quite unusual.

Most freight companies will only deliver on a weekday. In rare cases, certain freight companies will deliver on a Saturday (an additional fee may apply).

The freight company will call ahead to arrange for a convenient delivery date. Wesley Allen beds are delivered to your front door (or inside the front door in Québec). This means you will be responsible for moving the bed into your home. If you live in an apartment/condo, the freight company is required to bring your bed to your door, provided there is access to an elevator. Moving the bed in to your home is very easy for two capable adults after unboxing the individual pieces.

The likely-hood of a Wesley Allen frame being damaged in transit is very nearly impossible due to how well they are packaged. In the unlikely event of damage, be sure to note all damages on the bill of lading (Write: PRODUCT DAMAGED directly on the slip of paper the delivery driver hands you to sign off on). Only discrepancies noted on the bill of lading can be addressed. Please call us immediately at 1-877-750-1212 if your bed arrives damaged. Be sure to keep all packaging in the event that the shipping company wishes to inspect the product.

We also recommend writing "pending inspection" on the bill of lading as this can help in the case of finding concealed damage even when the shipping carton appears completely intact.

Due to the custom nature of Wesley Allen products, your credit card is charged in full once your selection is confirmed via email or telephone.

You may cancel or change your order with no penalty so long as your bed has not been put into production by Wesley Allen. Once your bed is in production, cancellations and changes are no longer possible.

Returns are accepted only when a product is determined (by Wesley Allen directly) to have a manufacturer's defect. Otherwise, The Mattress & Sleep Company is unable to offer returns on any Wesley Allen bed due to their custom nature. Please take the time to carefully consider the finish you choose, and confirm the bed will fit in your room. If you have any questions, we are happy to lend our expertise.

The Mattress & Sleep Company will match any authorized Canadian Wesley Allen retailer price. The Sleep Sound Guarantee® also provides you with 120 days of after purchase price protection.

Yes, we will match any US dealer price. Their price must include delivery to your home, and they must be willing to pay all related duties and tariffs associated with importation. Most US dealers are not aware of these extra costs for consumers in Canada and as such they typically will not offer to cover any unexpected charges, leaving you with an additional bill to pay before your bed is delivered.

As an experienced Canadian retailer of Wesley Allen products, The Mattress & Sleep Company handles all of these matters on your behalf and as such we ensure that there are never any additional charges associated with importation.
