Machine wash and dry, one pillow at a time, using hot water. Dry hot, ensuring the entire fill is completely dry. This may take several cycles. Always use a detergent
specifically designed for washing down, as regular detergents may strip the natural oils off of the down.
Using a specialty detergent
such as the wonderful Le Blanc Downwash® is always a good investment. This product does not contain
bleach, caustics, phosphates, is pH neutral and biodegradable.
Product Warranty
This item is covered by the manufacturer's 5 year warranty against defects in workmanship. The Mattress & Sleep Company
will act on your behalf in the event of any potential warranty claim. St. Geneve requires the use of a
pillow protector at all times to validate the warranty.
