There are no chemical finishes on this product. Stellmark is made of simple pure, natural cotton which has been specially woven and finished to stay dust mite proof through many laundering's.

When choosing the depth of your mattress encasement we recommend adding approximately ½" to 1" for a nice fitment. For example if your mattress is 7 ¼" we would recommend an 8" depth.
