After Purchase

Should an item you’ve purchased from us be offered by The Mattress & Sleep Company or any other Canadian retailer at a price lower than the price you paid, we will refund the difference to you.

We offer this added value to our customers up to 120 days after the original purchase date.

Providing the following information will make it easier for us to honour your price request:

• Name of product(s)
• Website address of product (please include the direct link to the lower advertised price)
• Shipping Costs (More Information) (New Window)
• Applicable Taxes - Please list all taxes charged by the competitor which apply to you
• Any other details - Include any other related details if they'll help us verify a price

• We will investigate all competitor prices to confirm their accuracy;
• The competitors item must be new and accompanied by a Canadian Warranty;
• We take in to account any and all taxes charged by the competitor (we are based in Alberta and as such only collect GST);
• Most of our item's include free shipping, we will compare this policy to our competitor's;
• If the competitor is selling an item in a currency other than the Canadian Dollar (CAD), we will include the conversion to Canadian Dollars in our calculations

Regarding Natura
Natura dealers located in the USA are not authorized to ship into Canada. Doing so could result in the loss of their dealership agreement with Natura. Subsequently, Canadian dealers are also prohibited from shipping into the USA. It is for this reason that we do not offer The Sleep Sound Guarantee on Natura products for sale south of the border, and also for this reason that we do not ship Natura products to the USA.

Regarding Wesley Allen
We will match any United States dealer price (Currency conversion taken into account). Their price must include delivery to your home, and they must be willing to pay all related duties and tariffs associated with importation. Most USA dealers are not aware of these extra costs for consumers in Canada and as such they typically will not offer to cover any unexpected charges, leaving you with an additional bill to pay before your bed is delivered.
