In the event that you discover another Canadian retailer offering the same item for a lower price, simply let us know. The Mattress & Sleep Company will match the lower price.

Why not beat the lower price? Our intent is not to undercut the competition. The goal is to create a fair environment in which the consumer makes the final decision of where they wish to do business.

After Purchase

Should an item you’ve purchased from us be offered by The Mattress & Sleep Company or any other Canadian retailer at a price lower than the price you paid, we will refund the difference to you.

We offer this added value to our customers up to 120 days after the original purchase date.

If you have found a lower price on an item you are looking to purchase, or have already purchased from us, please contact us using This Form or call us toll-free on 1-877-750-1212. We will match any verified lower price!

Providing the following information will make it easier for us to honour your price request:

• Name of product(s)
• Website address of product (please include the direct link to the lower advertised price)
• Shipping Costs (More Information) (New Window)
• Applicable Taxes - Please list all taxes charged by the competitor which apply to you
• Any other details - Include any other related details if they'll help us verify a price

Terms & Conditions

• We will investigate all competitor prices to confirm their accuracy;
• The competitors item must be new and accompanied by a Canadian Warranty;
• We take in to account any and all taxes charged by the competitor;
• Most of our item's include free shipping, we will compare this policy to our competitor's;
• If the competitor is selling an item in a currency other than the Canadian Dollar (CAD), we will include the conversion to Canadian Dollars in our calculations

Pricing from stores outside of Canada

Austin Air, Natura & Tempur-Pedic
US-based retailers are not permitted to sell Austin Air, Natura or Tempur-Pedic products into Canada, just as Canadian-based retailers are not permitted to sell into the United States. For this reason we do not match US-based pricing on Austin Air, Natura or Tempur-Pedic.

We will match any US-based dealer price, with currency conversions factored in. Their price must include delivery to your home, and they must be willing to pay all related duties and tariffs associated with importation. Most US-based dealers are not aware of these extra costs for consumers in Canada and as such they typically will not offer to cover any unexpected charges, leaving you with an additional bill to pay before your bed is delivered.

As an experienced Canadian retailer of Wesley Allen products, The Mattress & Sleep Company handles all of these matters on your behalf and as such we ensure that there are never any additional charges associated with importation.

Any other price match requests from non-Canadian retailers is on a case-by-case basis.

Certain products may be higher or lower priced on our American site, tmasc.us. We are unable to match pricing in these situations. Typically the cost of an item is simply more in Canada. The reasons for this are many and include 10 times fewer people spread out over a larger area, different law tags, bilingual packaging, importation fees and more.

As a Canadian company based in Edmonton, Alberta rest assured that we would like pricing in both countries to be the same, too!
