Product Care

All varieties of foam are moisture sensitive. A mattress protector which absorbs or repels moisture is highly recommended. Every Tempur-Pedic model offered by The Mattress & Sleep Company (with exception of the MysticBed) is accompanied by a removable fabric cover. This layer is washable although is not intended to be washed regularly.

Availability & Delivery Estimates
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery to large centres in Southern Ontario, Québec and Alberta or 1-3 weeks to most other regions in Canada. Smaller centres may not be serviced as often, please allow an additional week outside of major metro areas (ie: 2-3 weeks for smaller centres in Southern Ontario or 2-4 weeks for smaller centres in BC or Alberta). Queen and King size typically stocked in Edmonton and delivered within 1-3 days to many locations in Western Canada.

Delivery Cost & Shipping Information
Your Tempur-Pedic sleep system qualifies for free delivery to most locations in Canada. Standard delivery is to your front door or to the nearest freight depot in the case of small towns where residential drop-off is unavailable.

Deluxe in-home setup is complimentary and included for all customers in the Edmonton, Calgary and Toronto metropolitan areas. In addition to these cities we also include in-home setup for major points in Alberta including Grande Prairie, Red Deer and Lethbridge.
