Delivery advice: Please note that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we recommend shipping to an address where you'll be available during the day to receive your shipment and that you actively check the tracking information to inform yourself on the status of your shipment. Fedex and UPS are now only attempting one delivery before the shipment is returned to the sender. This appears to be an issue only with business addresses and not with residential addresses.

As there are such a considerable number of businesses which are temporarily closed due to COVID-19, courier companies do not currently have the storage capacity for the large number of shipments that are undeliverable on their first attempt.

If you would prefer to pick up your shipment from a UPS Access Point®, simply indicate this in the special notes during checkout and we will ship your package(s) to the nearest UPS Access Pooint® to be held for pickup.
