Le Blanc® Downwash® is an exceptional cleanser designed for all washable and colourfast down-filled fabrics. Le Blanc® Downwash® is formulated to protect the naturally resilient oils in down from drying out while preserving its loft.
Le Blanc® Downwash® may be used on all washable, colourfast, and organic down-filled articles covered in silk, all cotton, TENCEL®, polyester, and blends. Safely launder down-filled pillows, comforters, duvets, quilts, jackets, and clothing.
Suggested Usage
For use with down pillows, comforters and jackets. Most down products will ask for cold water washing. St Geneve down pillows will do well in warm or hot water. We recommend 1/4 cup (2 ounces) for a full load, or 1 ounce for a smaller load, such as one pillow.
Down products should not be washed very often, for this reason, we typically stock only the 16-ounce bottles. This is still enough for 8 large loads of down, which should be a 4 to 8 year supply of detergent in most cases.
