They don’t just sell mattresses, they educate you, ask questions, and help you find the right fit for your sleep needs. We loved being able to try different options and understand what we were buying, without any pressure.

Good service from sales to delivery

Easy to order and have product shipped in a timely manner to Montreal area.

My husband and myself went there just yesterday to get pillows for our bed, something I’ve been very excited for a very, very long time! Ebony was our lovely helper, she was so incredibly knowledgeable, so kind and so patient.

She knew more about pillows than I even thought there was to know about pillows lol we ended up deciding on three gorgeous additions to our bed, again cannot speak enough good things about Ebony and her assistance throughout this processes sometimes buying pillows can be a bit of a confusing situation.

If you need a new mattress or pillows, I would strongly recommend speaking with Ebony as she knows her stuff. Thank you again will be back in a couple years for our new bed!

I am delighted with my most recent purchase: namely, St. Geneve Luna duvet cover with two shams, and St. Geneve washable down travel pillow. I have purchased my bedding from Edmonton's Mattress and Sleep Company for over a decade and have on every occasion, without exception, been recipient of outstanding service, exceptionally valuable advice, quality products which have surpassed my expectations. Not once in 14 years have I experienced buyer's remorse with respect to purchases from this incredible Company. I cannot recommend the TMAS Co. highly enough.

I had the best time shopping for my bedding. It's been a longtime coming and he made the experience so memorable for me. He is a great listener and conversationalist. Since purchasing my bedding, I have had the best sleeps EVER. I use to wake up throughout the night and I seriously do not anymore because he knew exactly what I needed. Sleeping is my new hobby. My bed is deadly. I don't want to leave it LOL. Thanks Lance... and yes the pillow is very addictive ahah!

Best quality best service

Great experience from start to finish! Ebbonie our sales lady at the store was super helpful and answered all of our questions, wasn’t pushy like some sales people. She gave us time to try out different mattresses and select the one we liked. Gave us a great price on our mattress and scheduled delivery right away. The delivery guys arrived a little bit early and were in and out in no time at all. Definitely will continue to shop at The Mattress & Sleep Company for all of our future sleep needs. Highly recommend!

Very organized and professional

The delivery men were very respectful of my home and moved mattresses to the correct rooms for me. They cleaned up and removed the old mattress, parts and plastic wrapping.

This is a solid company to deal with. They seem to stick to the consumer first and the sale second! Well Done TMSC, Well Done.

Great service. Quick response if there some questions

***Update*** I still recommend the staff here and the store. I DO NOT recommend the Erogomotion bed. I paid $14000 and the customer service is awful. I have a simple fix for the bed but they tried to gas light me into thinking the rattling noise from the massager was normal. You email the customer service email (which is how they chat with you after you call them) and they reply days later. Or in my case it has been a week and half waiting for them to respond after finally getting someone to repair the bed. When the repairman did come over, he replaced the motor but there is now a problem with the rollers not sitting properly and the frame rattles now terribly. He did a poor job. So I can’t use the lower massager at all now because it rattles so much, I don’t want to cause more damage. I’m still waiting for someone to email me back to fix this problem. The repair person barely knew how to fix this bed btw.

THE WARRANTY I WAS GIVEN IN THE STORE IS NOT THE SAME AS WHAT IS NOW ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!! The warranty given to me at the store is much better and is great. What they have now, not so much. As by the service I’m getting from them. I’m sure once it’s fixed, the bed should be fine. If you buy an Ergomotion bed, pray nothing goes wrong with it as you will have a very poor experience. This has been so disappointing for me. *******

I have a great time shopping at TMASC. They have a wonderful collections of bed, bath, and living products. I purchased the St Genève pillow cases, bed sheet and fitted sheet. They ship fast. For product that is made to order from other countries, the shipping is longer, which is understandable. TMASC customer support is also really responsive and helpful.

I felt like latex was missing in my new pillow to be comfortable (side-sleeper). They sent me an extra bag, now the pillow is just right. Thank you!
