All About the Heirloom Goose Down Pillow

This puffy pillow is filled with Canadian processed white goose down certified under the Zurguard® system, to be hypoallergenic and to stay soft and supportive for years. This down is a splendid quality that lofts at 600 cubic inches per ounce. It has been designed to be a wonderfully comfortable pillow.

These pillows are all machine washable. The pillow is made with St Genève's special SoLoft™ 100% Cotton imported from Germany. This 300 TC cotton twill has no chemical finishes; just pure natural cotton that is specially woven to make it permanently down proof and dust mite-proof even after repeated washings. We recommend washing these pillows individually, and only when soiled. A good quality machine washable pillow protector is strongly recommended.

About St Genève

Over 50 years ago, St Genève's founder, Michael de la Place, was delighted by the blissful comfort of his parents’ new European down duvet. At the time, duvets were virtually unknown in North America, and Michael fell in love. He learned that there was nothing like being cocooned in a finely crafted down duvet.

St Genève is located in Richmond, British Columbia.

The best purchase I've made in regards to sleeping

I have a really nice mattress and thought that would be enough to improve my sleep; it wasn't. This pillow is a game changer. My sleep was deep and wonderful. This pillow cradles my head perfectly and doesn't get too hot or too cold. Ensure you speak with a sales Rep to get the right one for you. This is an investment you need to make. You only live once... So rest your head every night knowing you are giving yourself the best chance for sleep and rejuvenation. This is the pillow you've been looking for.

Absolutely delighted

I am most impressed with this duvet, and especially with the salesperson. I went into the Calgary store explaining what I needed, and the salesperson took the time to explain the differences in down qualities. He recommended the Heirloom because I wanted something very light for summer use, and explained that in this situation, the "entry level" St. Geneve duvet would suit me best. I'm glad I took his advice as this duvet is just perfect. I think in the winter, there isn't a chance it would be warm enough, but for summer use in the "summer" fill, it really is perfectly labelled.

Great pillows

We've had 4 of these pillows for 10+ years and love them. I recently purchased another one for my mom because she always commented on how much she loved our pillows when she visited. They stand up beautifully to machine washing and drying.

...it is not firm enough for me. Is there any adjustable firmness?

Down pillows are typically not adjustable in firmness, but adding a quilted pillow protector will add some structure and support. If you found it supportive originally but over time find it not firm enough, it is best to regularly fluff your down pillow in the dryer when you wash your bedding. This will keep them lofted and well supportive for years to come.
