I had the best time shopping for my bedding. It's been a longtime coming and he made the experience so memorable for me. He is a great listener and conversationalist. Since purchasing my bedding, I have had the best sleeps EVER. I use to wake up throughout the night and I seriously do not anymore because he knew exactly what I needed. Sleeping is my new hobby. My bed is deadly. I don't want to leave it LOL. Thanks Lance... and yes the pillow is very addictive ahah!

Great experience from start to finish! Ebbonie our sales lady at the store was super helpful and answered all of our questions, wasn’t pushy like some sales people. She gave us time to try out different mattresses and select the one we liked. Gave us a great price on our mattress and scheduled delivery right away. The delivery guys arrived a little bit early and were in and out in no time at all. Definitely will continue to shop at The Mattress & Sleep Company for all of our future sleep needs. Highly recommend!

Very organized and professional

The delivery men were very respectful of my home and moved mattresses to the correct rooms for me. They cleaned up and removed the old mattress, parts and plastic wrapping.

This is a solid company to deal with. They seem to stick to the consumer first and the sale second! Well Done TMSC, Well Done.

I have a great time shopping at TMASC. They have a wonderful collections of bed, bath, and living products. I purchased the St Genève pillow cases, bed sheet and fitted sheet. They ship fast. For product that is made to order from other countries, the shipping is longer, which is understandable. TMASC customer support is also really responsive and helpful.

I felt like latex was missing in my new pillow to be comfortable (side-sleeper). They sent me an extra bag, now the pillow is just right. Thank you!

I was concerned about the delivery date for the product I was interested in since it's needed for an upcoming visit here. Richard was very helpful and able to get the information needed for me to be confident in my purchase. He then followed up to keep me advised of my order. Super professional, super friendly, super efficient.

First off let me say the staff there was very good. No complaints about them.
Here is my issue. After trying beds in their location I found a bd and matress that suited my needs. After waiting weeks the bed arrived. Slept on bed to find it was nothing like what I tried in the store. I was needing a soft bed for hip issues. This bed was as hard or maybe harder than my last bed. I tried sleeping on the bed for weeks and decided to go back to the store to voice my concerns. I tried the same bed again in the store and indeed the location bed was much softer and was told that that could be because many customers have been on it so it does soften over time. I then decided that I needed to purchase different foam pads to try and soften the feel. They sold me a medium soft (I believe)and let me exchange my current one for an extra soft that needed to be oprdered. WEEKS LATER I called and was told the topper was in a warehouse in Calgary and nneded to be shipped to the store. Fine... I call back a wekk and bit later and again it was in a warehouse... BUT WERE WAITING TO GET MORE ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED BECAUSE IT COSTS THEM MONEY TO TRANSFER TO THE STORE.... Meanwhile I am not sleeping...
My major beef here is that if customers are trying beds in the location that are softer that the bed that will be sold to them, the final product that will be deliverd will not be the same as the one that assumed to be trie in the store. How is this good? I paid $1000's for this and the product was not as expected and had to spend MORE $ to try and get the product to be the same as the demo. Sorry, again nothing against the staff but the demo products should be as the delivered products would be and a look neeeds to done on how items are delivered.

I had a great experience buying a new mattress at the Sherwood Park location. I went to try out some options in store and was met with a very helpful staff member. I appreciated not feeling pressured to make a decision and there was no attempt to upsell me to a more expensive mattress. It’s been a few months and we are super happy with our choice of mattress and when it’s time for an upgrade, I know I’ll be returning to Mattress and Sleep Company.
