All About the Hutterite Down & Feather Pillow

Are you comparison shopping alternatives to a department store "down-filled" pillow? Our Hutterite pillow is transparently labelled with the correct down-filling percentage. Often many department store down pillows are presented as entirely down-filled, which is often not the case. This is the perfect pillow to compare with models which are typically "on sale" for 50 to 70% off their standard price. For example, a $300 department store pillow which is now "only $149!"

St Genève went back and looked at the original traditional European method of making a truly wonderful pillow. You take a high-quality down for softness and blend it with a special type of downy-looking feather for spring and durability. Only Hutterite down and feather would do for this pillow.

About St Genève

Over 50 years ago, St Genève's founder, Michael de la Place, was delighted by the blissful comfort of his parents’ new European down duvet. At the time, duvets were virtually unknown in North America, and Michael fell in love. He learned that there was nothing like being cocooned in a finely crafted down duvet.

St Genève is located in Richmond, British Columbia.

Highly-rated down and feather pillow praised for exceptional comfort and softness. Customers said it's "the best" and "absolutely in love," with many noting it evokes nostalgic memories. Provides good support and helps reduce neck pain. Some customers wish firmer options were still available, as only medium fill is currently offered.

Comfy

Nice comfy pillows. Wish they had an option for a slightly firmer pillow but I'm happy with the medium fill. These pillows used to come In a "firm" option, but after covid I only see 'medium' options

Almost as good as Grandma's pillows

I've been looking to replace my old Pacific Coast down pillow, I miss the pillows my Grandmother would always make us by hand so I decided to give this one a go.

It's quite nice *I selected the firm version in standard size* it doesn't quite match Grandma's pillows in terms of having that nice deep cool feel, however I no longer have neck pain and rarely wake up in the middle of the night since I've replaced my old pillow.

I'd say it's 85% there!
