• Ironically, the vast majority of box springs have no springs and are simply a rigid platform
• Typically between 5-9" tall and designed to be supported by a bed frame. The common types of bed frames that support a box spring include traditional metal frames with legs or wheels, or headboards and footboards with an integrated frame
• Some box springs offer legs, which remove the need for a bed frame to support the box spring. Our Harrison Spinks True Edge Foundation is one such example. The Harrison Spinks foundation is also a functional box spring with thousands of micro pocket coils

Latex foam is a high-elasticity material that is typically made from a blend of 60-70% synthetic (styrene-butadiene) latex and 30-40% natural (rubber-free) latex.

• Natural latex (rubber tree milk)
• Synthetic latex (styrene-butadiene)
• Latex foam is produced using the Talalay, Dunlop, and Continuous Pour methods. When made to a high standard, Talalay latex is superior in every measurable way
• TMASC offers Vita Talalay latex, considered the finest latex on the planet
• If you want an organic material, our t•masc mattresses feature 100% GOLS-certified organic Dunlop latex
• High-quality latex foam is the most expensive type of foam found in mattresses, but it is also the most durable and supportive
• Latex foam is the most elastic foam. The Elastic Bed Principle explains why elasticity is the most important factor in choosing a great mattress
