It's reminiscent of the classic mattresses your grandparents praised, with upholstery layers on both the top and bottom of the pocket coil spring system. Flip it, spin it, adore it – it's that easy!

Here's the secret: by utilizing both sides of the mattress, you can almost double its lifespan. Yes, it's like getting two mattresses for the price of one! All you need is a routine to flip and rotate it regularly. We suggest alternating between flipping your Positano mattress and rotating it 180° every three months.
