1 - Although California King is available in Canada, this size only represents a small portion of our king mattress sales.
Nearly all mattress sizes are rounded up. For example a Twin bed in real-world dimensions is usually 38 x 74" or a Double is 53 x 74". Queen and King are almost always 79 inches long. Most mattresses today are still primarily hand made, which will always lead to variances. Foam mattresses tend to adhere to sizing guidelines more accurately than spring mattresses.
Square, rectangle, round, cut corners to fit antique four poster beds, we're well-suited to work with our manufacturing partners to provide these unique requirements. Our handcrafted luxury natural mattress range from Berkeley Ergonomics, Harrison Spinks, and t•masc (made in Ottawa by Obasan) allows for just about any possibility.

About Discrepancies
It is normal for a particular mattress to not match up exactly to a size listed above. As many aspects of building a mattress are still done by hand, there will always be variations in sizing from one mattress to the next. Depending on the mattress manufacturer, deviations of 1" or more may still be considered as within the acceptable tolerance.

Organic Wool Moisture Pad Specifications
- 100% organic sheep's wool
- Absorbs accidents, spills and body moisture
- Not entirely waterproof, but exceptionally absorbent
- Sewn finished edges with 2" elastic straps at all four corners (all sizes except for crib have the straps)
- Organic wool removes the need for a synthetic fire barrier
- Organic wool is naturally resistant to dust mites, mould, and mildew and is antibacterial and hypoallergenic
- Organic wool regulates temperature and humidity and is proven to make babies cry less
- Hand wash only, lay flat to dry
- All dimensions are approximate

How to Care for Your Organic Wool Pad
This protector is designed to be hand-washed only. Please do not use the "hand wash" setting on the machine as this is not the same thing as a genuine hand wash. Please lay flat to dry, do not machine launder or dry. We recommend using a fitted washable mattress protector over top of any wool puddle pad so that the puddle pad will not require laundering as frequently.
Using a high-quality specialty detergent with lanolin content such as Eucalan Fine Fabric Wash is a great way to maintain woollen items. The natural lanolin content found in Eucalan will help condition the wool fibres to ensure optimal humidity regulation.
