A perfect bed and perfect service

It was a risk to buy this mattress online without the option to try it before buying (I am located in BC, not near the stores). Christine spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone, and she even sent me a video of laying on the bed to show some of the characteristic of how it deforms and how much bounce there is in the material. This was a big help for me to understand how this bed would work. I am happy to say that it is absolutely perfect for me. I wanted a medium-firm bed with lots of support and that is exactly what I ended up with. Thank you for your help in choosing the right bed for me.

Owned for 3 years now - still feels new

Best Mattress I've ever slept on

I own an adjustable bed and originally purchased a high-end multi-layer foam coil mattress with it. I found that the memory foam pillow top was comfortable when sleeping on my back but wouldn't allow me to turn over and the support was insufficient. It seemed the only flexible mattresses compatible with my bed were foam construction. I was so happy when a family member discovered the Berkeley line of products online, and that they were available in Canada. Customer service was helpful in assisting with choice and answering questions regarding compatibility with my adjustable bed. The Berkeley Malmo is a traditional coil mattress constructed of quality natural materials that breathe. The coils move with you and provide gentle support for both side and back sleep. Although the flexible frame makes it ideal for adjustable bed bases it doesn't detract from its comfort if used flat, and at 8" thick it far surpasses the 12" foam mattress it replaced. I am over 80 years of age. The person who is writing this review for me was so impressed they will be buying a Berkeley mattress next.

Great quality and price

I shopped for over a year, also looking online at many options that ship to Canada. Was surprised to find this locally, I find it comparably comfortable to other natural mattresses that were over $1500 more and with no PU foam it should last. Very happy with the purchase, service and staff were excellent to deal with, purchased from Lisa in Edmonton.

Can you get the adjustable electric base on one side only for a King size bed?
